Vigil is back. Series 3 of the hit BBC drama premiered Sunday 30th August on BBC One and BBC iPlayer, with Suranne Jones returning as DCI Amy Silva alongside Rose Leslie as DI Kirsten Longacre.

This series sees Silva and Longacre dispatched to a remote Arctic research station following the mysterious shooting of a member of a covert British special forces unit — uncovering a complex web of international intrigue as global powers vie for control over newly accessible Arctic energy resources.
