Jack is the co-founder of Brick + Mortar and is currently cutting his first two feature films, Daniel Cook’s BFI and Screen Scotland backed Love Letters and Martin Clark’s Public House in between commercial work. He also recently worked as Post Production Supervisor on Screen Ireland backed Spilt Milk for 925 Productions, Leonora in the Morning Light for Skye Films and The Draw for View35 Films, all three films completed their post at Brick + Mortar.

Jonathan Seal is an award-winning documentary editor with extensive experience in the specialist factual realm. With a background in the music industry and a continuing passion for performing, he brings a finely tuned sense of rhythm, pacing, and storytelling to his edits.
Renowned for his ability to elevate a project beyond expectations, Jonathan’s work is often described by clients as both beautifully crafted and deeply immersive. whose expertise and artistic vision have made him a

A collaborative and creative colourist working at the forefront of UK feature grading. Tom honed his craft alongside leading colour giants at Molinare, Twickenham Film Studios and Dirty Looks, before becoming a trusted and in demand partner to some of the most exciting directors and DOPs around, recognised for delivering distinctive, beautiful, and varied grades, in a relaxed and rewarding environment.

Now Senior Colourist at Blazing Griffin, Tom’s recent work includes Paul Wright’s latest feature film, Mission for BBC Film, starring George MacKay and Rosy McEwen; Chris Andrews’ award-winning Bring Them Down, starring Barry Keoghan and Christopher Abbott for MUBI. As well as Barnaby Roper’s psychological thriller, All The Devils Are Here for MRC Film and Paramount, starring Eddie Marsan, Sam Claflin and Suki Waterhouse; and Claudio Fäh’s survival thriller adventure, Turbulence, for Altitude and Head Gear Films.

Taryn’s consummate professionalism and attention to
detail have earned her a loyal client base and recognition

industry. With an innate ability to harness the emotional

Lewis Carmichael is a meticulous and dedicated Finishing Editor, committed to delivering the highest quality results in every project. Sam Goodwin is a Lead Digital Artist whose technical mastery and creative sensitivity allow him to achieve visual effects that feel effortless and invisible. Known for his collaborative approach and intuitive understanding of tone and intent, Sam consistently delivers visuals that elevate a project with elegance and precision.

Alice brings a rare combination of technical expertise and creative instinct to every project. Having worked across MCR, DI, and mastering earlier in her career, she has an unusually detailed understanding of the post-production pipeline — knowledge she puts to work delivering high-quality VFX, motion graphics, and bespoke design for clients across film and television.

Her work spans paint-outs, screen replacements, beauty shots, titles, maps, lower thirds, and animated elements, alongside bespoke film poster design (her poster design for This Werewolf Complex was selected for exhibition at Aesthetica Film Festival). She has a particular interest in blending digital and analogue techniques to create something distinctive and memorable.

Alice has worked with some exciting names in the industry, with credits including Richard Gadd’s Half Man, James McAvoy’s California Schemin’, John McPhail’s Grow, BBC’s Vigil, and Amazon’s Batman: Caped Crusader.

John Cobban is a highly accomplished Re-Recording Mixer
with decades of experience shaping the sound of film and
television. A passionate collaborator, John’s expertise, energy,
and finely tuned ear make him an invaluable asset in the final
mix. With a background in theatre, he brings a dynamic,
larger-than-life presence to every project, infusing his work
with a deep understanding of storytelling, performance, and
atmosphere – adding that extra layer of depth and emotion
that truly enhances a production.

Will Cory is a Dubbing Mixer whose work in scripted television is
underpinned by a strong editorial and storytelling foundation. His
experience across high-end post-production has shaped a
confident, practical approach to mixing, with a clear focus on
narrative, performance, and pace.
Known for his speed, technical confidence, and calm, reassuring
presence, Will is highly effective under pressure and a trusted
collaborator in the studio. His technical proficiency and reliability
have firmly established his reputation within the industry.

A skilled and passionate re-recording mixer, Zander brings a refined artistic sensibility to every project. His passion for the arts is evident in his meticulous approach to sound, where nuance, depth, and aesthetic precision come together to create immersive, beautifully crafted mixes.

After a successful music career, including time with Sons and
Daughters and nearly a decade touring as a guitarist with The Kills,
Scott Paterson transitioned into audio post-production. Bringing a
strong musical sensibility, maturity, and focus to his work, he has
progressed rapidly to the role of Dubbing Mixer.
Scott applies a keen understanding of rhythm, balance, and
emotional intent to every mix. Diligent, dependable, and
collaborative, he is widely regarded as a pleasure to work with and
a trusted member of the post-production team.
