Known for taking on projects with ambitious creative or logistical demands, our team combines creativity, technical expertise, and strong industry connections to bring films to life.
In 2025, we were proud to be part of four acclaimed features: James McAvoy’s California Schemin’, Brian Cox’s Glenrothan, John McPhail’s Grow and Mary Darling’s Cast Aside the Clouds. Paul Andrew Williams’ Faith, starring BAFTA winner James McAvoy and Golden Globe winner Erin Doherty, is set to celebrate its world premiere at TIFF 2026.
Our films don’t stay close to home. From world premieres at Toronto, Zurich, and Rome to closing nights at Glasgow Film Festival, they’ve screened at some of the world’s most celebrated festivals, picking up awards along the way.
Behind every film is a team who care deeply about cinema. We back bold projects because we believe in them, and we work hard to make sure they reach the screen the way they deserve to.
Every film we make is driven by bold storytelling and a genuine commitment to the work. This is a selection of the projects we're proud to have brought to the screen.

Naysun Alae-Carew is Founder, Managing Director and Executive Producer at Blazing Griffin, the Glasgow-based studio he has led since 2015. A storyteller at heart, Naysun started in film and built Blazing Griffin into one of Scotland’s most distinctive creative studios — spanning game development, feature film production, and high-end post-production.
A firm believer that platform comes second to story, he has always seen film, games, and television not as separate industries but as different expressions of the same creative thread.
He is known as producer of Anna and the Apocalypse, which was nominated for Best Feature Film at the 2018 British Academy Scotland Awards. More recently, he has served as executive producer across Blazing Griffin’s film slate, overseeing three acclaimed features in 2025 — James McAvoy’s California Schemin’, Brian Cox’s Glenrothan, and John McPhail’s Grow.
