Reporting to the Creative Director for Games, the Lead Designer ensures a game development team understands exactly what it is they have to build, while involving them in the creative and iterative process of the design itself. The Lead Designer must also support a team of designers in their day-to-day work, while feeding into the project management and business requirements of our titles. Along with the rest of the team, they are responsible for shipping titles on time, to budget, to an agreed level of quality. He/she needs to be self-motivated and highly organised, possessing a high level of design ability coupled with strong people and management skills.
Reporting to the Production Director, the Lead Producer will have overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of the project to time and on budget, and within quality expectations of senior management and/or clients.
Serving as the interface between the code team and management, the Lead Programmer is responsible for all programmers on the project as well as the underlying architecture and technical vision for the game.
In collaboration with other departments, the Senior Programmer will aim to maintain a high level of technical innovation and code quality. They will look for creative ways to improve existing features, workflows and development processes. This position is based at our Edinburgh offices.
Reporting to the Art Director, the Lead Artist is directly responsible for the look and visual excellence of the game. He/she will conceive the art style and direct the production of all visual assets and materials throughout production.
The Senior Artist is responsible in helping on the delivery of the artistic vision. With a strong understanding of what makes games visually appealing, he/she ensures exceptional quality that meets design goals within technical constraints.
In collaboration with the Art and Design teams, the Artist creates visual assets for the game including characters, scenery, props and user interface elements.
